Today was my Weight Watchers weigh-in day. I'm down a few pounds. Woohoo! I'm hoping to keep up this momentum for next 23 days. I have to watch my points intake very carefully. I'm working out and I'm trying to be good, but the sugar is still calling to me.
I think it's because I drink coffee with creamer and it has sugar in it. I need to decrease the sugar even more. My Fitness Pal says I should eat 1240, which I think is too low for me as a breast feeding mother. I should probably be eating 1500-1800 calories. I burned over 500 calories during this morning's workout, so I know I'm doing the work.
I'm going to do a major shopping overhaul this week. I have to stock up on healthy foods: lots of fresh fruits and veggies, fish and lean proteins, nuts and other snacks that will help build a lean, mean Brandi.
My baby likes to watch me work out. Whenever she sees me moving frantically jumping, punching and kicking, she laughs, so I'm already setting a good example for her to live an active lifestyle. I have a core workout and stretching workout to do later today, so it's a Super Saturday today. At least, I'm not gorging on on cookies, though.
