Good for you! Logging food is so valuable, good for you for figuring out WHY you were stalled out instead of just giving up. As for getting accustomed to being strict, gah. I feel that. It probably never gets easy, but I know it can get normal. I just fell off the wagon, so it's uphill for me right now. Not my favorite part of this whole weight-loss life, BUT. Once it's normal it's not so bad. Hopefully I'll remember that the next time I think I need to eat my feelings for a day. But you! Great job! Keep up the good work, lady!
