Beth, you've done an awesome job achieving your weight loss goal, & I'm sooo proud of you!!! What a transformation!!! YOU LOOK AMAZING!!! :-) Girl, all of your hard work has paid off!!! :-) Beth, I'm like you: I don't want a smoothie; I want a mimosa too!!! If I want a slice of pizza, I want regular pizza; not pizza made with cauliflower pizza crust or almond or coconut flour. I WANT THE REAL DEAL!!! I want food the way I enjoy it. I don't want sugar free or fat free; I want it just the way it's normally made with all the sugar & fat in it!!! LOL!!! This is our lifelong journey, & we're ALWAYS gonna have to weigh ourselves so that we can stay on top of any gains that may occur when we indulge in our favorite foods. From time to time, we will!!! It may be a wedding, party, special event, vacation, holiday, etc. Whenever it happens, it is very important that we get right back on track making healthier food choices from that point on so that we can stay in control & not let it get out of hand. That's the only way we can stay on top of it!!! Great job getting back on track after your 7-day binge. Keep up the good work!!! :-) And Beth, please don't feel guilty & be so hard on yourself when you indulge in your favorite foods. You made a conscious decision to do it, so enjoy it, & then make healthier choices from that poin
