Awesome success!! Maybe you can buy a small pack of nuts at a time, so you can't eat any more, because there's nothing in the house. That works for me. Nuts and seeds (in moderation) are really good for you, though, so don't cut them out completely. I am in the process of reading Eat to Live by J. Fuhrman. I already started adding more leafy greens to my smoothies and eating more nuts - and it actually helps to get rid of my sugar cravings, step by step. All in moderation, of course ...working on that part ;-)
