Have you tried PB2? It's powdered peanut butter that's had the oil removed. You add water, and use it just like regular peanut butter. It's tastes the same but only has 45 calories for 2 tbsp! I LOVE the stuff! I love PB&Js; so I make them on thin rice cakes with PB2 for only 100 calories each.... a PB&J sandwich for 100 calories! In my grocery store, PB2 is located right with the jars of peanut butter. You should give it a try. :)
