In other words-peace with food! I enjoy your posts and think upon them, too. There are some good programs out there that are faith-based (doing one now called One King Light Weigh) and I am reading Made to Crave by Lysa Terkeurst which is helpful, too. I am basically at my goal now, but STILL have the same struggles as losing. The one big difference is at least I enjoy the rewards from losing! Keep posting and we will keep going and helping each other!!!
