Dr. Scott, I am impressed with your schedule!! what big goals you are hitting. I have to say when you were talking about completing a 5km run in 30-35 min I was doing a little happy dance in my seat, I can walk 5km in about 50 min!! I should be able to graduate to running this fall or early next spring. Right now the running is just to hard on my knees and ankles so I will hold off until I feel like they are stronger. You motivate me!! keep up the good work!!
