Hi Valerie :) A neat thing about dropping weight is for each 1 pound of weight you drop, you end up reducing the pressure on EACH knee by 4 lbs! When I started back in 2014 last year, walking was all I did starting in January and it wasn't until April before I started ANY jogging at all and ...it wasn't until April 19th that I could finally jog a full 60 seconds non-stop. hence my blog ... icanrunaminute.com :)
