I'm turining 30 in early December. I want to enter that decade of my life as healthy as possible.
I'm going to re-start my weightloss journey. I've come so far from just after the birth of my daughter in 2013 and want to get all the way to my goal. I want to get down to about 130 and more importantly a healthy body fat percentage!
