I have to say, you write really well; I really enjoyed reading this. As someone who grades hundreds of papers per year, I feel I have some opinion to offer on this. I wonder if you have kept a journal in the past.

Hi, Michael. Thanks for reading and for your compliment! I do have a paper journal that I write in sometimes, and I generally just like to write and have always done it pretty well. Are you hiring?? (Kidding. Not really. But let's say I am.)
