Here I am again, starting over. Lately I've realized that I really need some kind of motivation beyond the long term stuff.  I do good for the first few days or weeks because I feel so much better but after that I need more.  So what better motivation than competition and money? I am hoping this will help me after the first "diet high" wears off. I plan on having each days food planned out before the competition even starts.  Because I am breastfeeding my bare minimum calories are 1500 and that's pushing it. I will be keeping each day between 1500 and 1900. I am thinking i am going to need to lose between 8 and 9 lbs in order to lose 4 percent. I am excited and encouraged. Now to go prepare for success!!
