Congrats on taking the first step. First Diet Bet for me too and far 8 months of starting a diet every Monday only to fall off the wagon, this is the one thing that has worked. I'm only 7 days away from end of this Diet Bet and I only have .5 to lose. I'm so stoked!!!!
