Ladonna, I saw you say that you're preparing for a cruise. One of the hard things about cruises is that there is always food available. Lots of food. One of the great things is that you can always exercise! When I go on cruises, I make it a point to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Also, each ship usually has a deck that you can easily walk around and they probably tell you how many "laps" equal a mile. You can do this! Good luck!
