Thank you rebecca j. I enjoyed reading your blog. A pull-up seems too far away for me. Though I too would be thrilled to do one. It does seem like NSG are a good concept. I cant quite wrap my brain around it. I guess that shows how # focused I am. Well I do want to have abs./mid-drift that show firmness/muscle vs chubbiness. and I want to do a real push-up or 5-10 and I want to be able to run a 10K with out aggravating my lower back. OK looks like I do have some NSG's. Best wishes with all your goals and the steps toward them.
