Non scale goals

Great post Rebecca!!! Those are my non scale goals too!!! Where you reading my mind??? (Just kidding!!!) One day I'd love to be able to do pull-ups & push-ups too regularly instead of the modified version. I know it's gonna be a while from now, but I'm definitely gonna work on making my arms stronger so that I'll be able to. Right now, if I do 3-4, I'm good!!! I also do planks for core strength. I still have a big stomach (my kangaroo pouch), but in time I'm sure it will go away with my diet & consistent workouts. Thanks for sharing!!! :-)
