I feel for you! Have been there myself a few times with knee/foot injuries. My new favorite is bouncing on a yoga/Swiss ball, swinging my arms at my side like I'm running. You can also do this with hand weights or add Tae Bo-style punches. Make sure to wear non-slip shoes, so your knee does not have to work for extra balance. Try it with music or the Eugene videos (see below), it will get your heart rate up! You could even try it with one leg elevated.
