I feel your pain. I too have been fighting injuries, gained all 17 lbs back that I lost and am struggling to get back my mojo. Joined a MyFitnessPal fanatics db that starts on Tuesday. I am making it my goal to lose a couple of pounds before it starts (my usual would be to just have fun before it starts) because my clothes are so tight I am miserable and depressed. I easily get caught up in all the hard core training lots of people do and I want to do that. I want to train like an athlete but I am prone to injury so I have to know AND REMEMBER my limitations.
