Great ideas, thanks for sharing! And if you ever sit down to watch TV (which I'm not sure you have time for...), you could sit on a yoga ball and bounce/swing your arms/do punches. Or set up an exercise bike in front of the TV. That's how I found a way to squeeze in some workout time.

Great idea. I also try to do squats when I am cooking or washing dishes.
