This is awesome! Your rule number 3 has been critical for me in my weight loss. I try really hard to not eat anything I don't prepare for myself. It means spending a lot of time planning meals and snacks, and then preparing them, but it's so worthwhile. I think you will really like the results you'll see from bringing your own lunches. Also, congratulations on keeping on track with your first two goals! I'm sure it hasn't always been easy, but you're proving you can do it. Way to go!
