So I'm just starting out with my clean eating plan. So far I have struggled with poor planning (yesterday) and just a crazy busy day today. The poor planning did not end so well. But I rocked today's challenges.

I made sure to find time to eat breakfast and lunch. I also had a healthy snack before heading out to job #2 for the day. Then I packed a snack just to be safe. Good thing, since I was way longer than I intended. I munched on my snack on my way home and then got here and made a monster smoothie to finish off the day.

Exercise didn't happen. For those that sometimes do a 12 hour day, how/when do you fit in exercise?
