1. Partake in Sleep Study (scheduled for in two weeks)
2. Signed up for Bootcamp at work. 2x a week
3. Rebounding on my trampoline while watching TV
4. Meditate or Yoga at night to help me sleep
5. Take Apple Cider Vinegar or Coconut Oil, heard it's cleansing.
6. Take my Vitamin D and multivitamins.
7. Walk my dogs after work.
8. Don't cheat on meals
9. No FRIED FOODS, damnit
10. NO ICE CREAM, what the hell is wrong with me? Is this my kryptonite?
