It's been a great 3 days, but I have had my rough moments when I wanted to just go back to eating whatever I want and not having to worry about dieting. I really like it there. I am not happy with myself there, but I guess it's just a whole lot easier. I just wish we could eat whatever we wanted, as much as we want, and never have to worry about it. I am still waiting to get into my zone. It takes at least 2 to 3 weeks before you are there, and it has to be 2 or 3 successful weeks. When you are in "the zone" you are constantly making sure you make the right choices, taking every opportunity to exercise, sometimes can't get enough exercise, and are burning calories and losing weight effortlessly. "Lose weight" is always on your mind. Even when you hit a plateau, you just know that eventually your body will start losing again and if you aren't in the zone, it will be hard to make it through a plateau. Losing and gaining weight is very mental, and being in the zone can help.
Yes! I understand where you are coming from. Two or 3 successful weeks and I'm in "my zone" & I feel nothing can stop me from my goals of exercise & eating healthy. If only I could get there & stay there; that is what I'm working on. Good Luck!
