Wow , thanks for the motivation.I have been wavering in regards to staying focused.I have lost ,approx 50 lbs to date. But I have another 70 to lose.So I am searching for that thing to keep me focused and on track.

Hey Bev! I'm down 83.6 pounds from my official 316.2 lbs starting weight from Jan 13th, 2014. Unofficially, i've seen as high as 320s but the 316.2 was for a contest. The latest run streak I started on July 1st has helped a lot. Oct 1st is a great day to start one too! :) all you have to do is cover 1 mile per day. don't worry if you have to walk it - just pump your arms hard for 5 or 6 steps and that's good enough for a run ;)it will pick up. It took me until April of last year to be able to run a minute. I'd love to hear back to see how you're doing and what your plans are :)
