So I bought Halloween candy about a week ago - before I planned on doing the diet bet. I bought my two weaknesses: Kit Kats and Reese's. I intended on just leaving them at home to nibble on throughout the month.
Whenever I start "dieting" then my mind goes to "OH MY GOODNESS WHY AM I STARVING" even though I am not starving. What's just ONE little kit kat going to do? How can that really harm anything? It's not that one kit kat will unravel everything good from that day, but it's the few that come after that where the problem arises...
