Ugh. I used to travel for work too and it's how I got to my current weight - I totally get it. It is HARD to make good choices on the road, especially when you're tired and everything on the restaurant menu looks so amazing and/or there are very limited options. You have the right attitude though - come back, get back to the grind and the next time you travel, you can aim to for more balance (if at all humanly possible). It sounds like you're on a good gym and eating schedule at home - you can do this!
