Well I have less than 4 days before I begin this DietBet with Laila Ali. Laila's lifestyle (family, fitness, and food) inspire me and motivate me to do better.
On November 1st, I will turn 42. I want to preserve my body as long as I can, so I figured that loving myself enough to be Healthy will help me achieve that. That's me... HealthyLoving. I preach it, I teach it, now it's time to BE it.
Right now I've been stuck on this plateau with my weight, and I seriously wanted to be 135 pounds before November 1st. The simple truth is ... I'm tired.
My schedule is SO BUSY (work, kids, sports) that I find myself not getting to bed until after 10:30 and then having to get up around 4:30AM. My mind, body and soul is tired. I'm a single mom and I know I have to make sacrifices but your body needs an adequate amount of sleep too.
I figured trying out the DietBet would give me some much needed motivation and hopefully bring some fun energy into the mix! Looking forward to the challenge! Looking forward to seeing everyone succeed! Good Luck everyone :-)
