I'm with you HealthyLoving. After having my son almost 2 years ago, I have been trying to get focused again, but like, I'm tired. With working all day (I do event planning), taking care of a child and family, I'm mentally and physically drained. I know we can do it and you're going to gracefully turn 42, look amazing and be on the track to a healthier you!
