Congrats on getting started!! Make sure to record your weight and as many measurements as you can take (arms/legs/waist/hips...). Later, when you are having a tough day, you can look back and see your progress! A very powerful thing. Also record workout minutes or distance or whatever shows you how you get fitter and stronger. I am glad that I did, so I can always compare myself to my old 'me' and appreciate the progress.
