Well, I finally hit the dreaded day where I didn't continue to lose weight... and actually gained. Problem? Nope. I'm exercising a couple of days a week now and as I build muscle and start to lean out, the weight will be slower to come off. In addition to losing weight, for me, it is about having my clothes fit better and feeling physically better. So, after a week of losing 10 lbs, 2 days of .75 pound gain is nada.
This current week does post some challenges though: Spending 4 days in Vegas. I'll be strong, but the temptations are a plenty.
