New to DB. hope it will work out. I'm rather active person, however, I cannot control my month. Hence I put too much weights than I needed. I tried various way, but as the work pressure and winter. I can hardly manage to get my weight down. So here we go. I hope this will work out. And I need all your support for this. Thank you very much. 

 

My weight in before the game is 70KG, I tried the kick -start to lose 4% within 4 weeks. Let's see how it goes. After various failure, I dont have much expectation on myself frankly. I maybe to ambitious to say my goal loud now, but I really want to lose a few pounds.  

Monday did my body pump and spinning, consumed 1000 cal, my MFP recorded my meals around 1800 cal. maybe too much. Day 2 to go, I need figure out a way to keep myself tracked and motivated.
