almost there for the first transformer game, not great as I kind of lost myself in round 2-3, gain more weight than the starting weight, and found it hard to regain the moment afterwards. 

 

motivation is very important, only one transformer game is not sufficient, I need sign up for another 3-4 kick starter game for me to continue. 

 

I can eat clean during weekdays, but I need a day off over the weekend to eat whatever I want until I felt full. Otherwise, I dont know whether I can continue over the weeks

 

I love carbs carbs carbs, portein macro style diet does not  work for me.......

 

Attending friend's wedding really gave me the motivation to lose weight, lost 4KG over a month. ( well regain almost all of it over the long weekend eating haha )

 

Then a tough mudder race in May 21 my birthday motives me to train for running, and it helps a lot. 

 

Signed up for a half marathon on 3rd july, and 30 Oct. For 3rd july would not think I have the time to run the full length. But still excited to go. we will see. 

 

Would like to achieve 59 KG at the end of this month. And probably get to 55 KG my ultimate goal by the end of summer. Fingers crossed. 

 

Guity confess: after big event, such as race or run, and I ate crape and junk food to recover ( sometimes one meal, sometimes a few days, depends on my body. Not good.... haha) Need to find a way to overcome it.
