Woke up today feeling very positive and raring to go on this diet bet. I prepared lunch for the next couple of days last night so I was settingmyself up for doing the best I can. Today I've eaten bran flakes with semi skimmed for breakfast, quinoa and veg salad for lunch and Quorn chilli with that 7 calorie rice for dinner, cucumber and hummus for four pm snack, two mugs of green tea and water!

Just had a mocha to warm up so I have come under my calories for the day. Exercise wise I was walking around work and I walked home from work which is 2.4 miles. Not exactly stomping cardio but better than getting the bus for sure. 

Anyway I intend on writing a post every day to document my food and mood. I'm typing on my tablet so won't be recreating War and Peace but I'll try to keep it real for y'all. 

  • Food: varied and tasty 
  • Mood: proud, ready to make changes 
  • Exercise : lots of walking, sweaty back but no cardio
