YOU can DO IT! From your response on one of my comments you said you have about .5 a pound to lose. You are so close! Remember to drink lots of water, keep walking, and get enough sleep :) You are doing great!

Thanks. Yes. I have .4 on this one. But I signed up for 3 DBs in 3 consecutive days...not sure that was the best plan of action, because I lost 2 lbs almost immediately after starting this DB therefore, the other 2 will require an additional 2 lbs. If I am making any sense at all....I really need to lose 2.4 lbs. if I want to win all 3. But you are right, staying on my Low carb meal plan, drinking a ton of water and doing my lunch time walking...I am very hopeful that I can get there. I do sleep lots....about 9 hours. You know, my body will let go of the weight when it wants to...I just need to keep doing all the right things and not get discouraged or give up. Staying on these forums helps me stay focused. Thank you for your support.

Hi Dee, I won all three of my challenges for December. I have lost almost 25 lbs so far. I just signed for my next 3 dietbet kickstarters and even though I don't like exercise, I ordered kettleballs and a beginner video to get that started for the new year. I follow a very low carb diet and it seems to be key for me to have control over food. I still have quite a bit of weight to lose, so I know I am going to have to do more in the exercise department. How are you doing on your games? How was your Christmas? Ours was wonderful, and now I am on vacation, which is really nice.
