DAY 240: The humbling stumbling

First, welcome back! Second, I'm so sorry you are struggling. Selfishly, I'm glad you wrote this. I went on vacation three weeks ago and am still out of sorts - I was doing SO GOOD before I left, but I fell completely off the wagon and am having the toughest time getting back to where I was routine-wise. It is endlessly frustrating! Good job cutting yourself some slack - your attitude is right on and you've inspired me to keep trying (I was considering dipping out of the Transformer I'm in...). You reminded me that baby steps can lead to leaps and bounds and to remember those two important words: KEEP GOING. Thanks, Pirwaki!!!

Pirwaki

Thank you for the warm welcome back! This shit is no joke. I took for granted how easy my routine was, forgetting how hard it was to establish in the first place. My eating is finally back on track, but I'm really dragging ass about getting myself into cardio again. I hope I manage to lose SOMETHING. Time to turn up the heat, eh? We can do it! If you don't give up, I wont!

"This shit is no joke." I think that's my new mantra. And deal - I won't give up either. What's that saying? Something like: Fall down seven times, stand up eight. I feel like the standing up again part should count as cardio...
