Beginning day 5 of this crazy, confusing diet.
So excited to get to have grains again after 2 days of protien and vegetables. Extra happy to have fruits again and for the first time this week reintroduce some healthy fats.
My non-caffeine headache is almost totally gone and I drank water with limes when we went to happy hour yesterday (lemons and limes were the only fruits allowed in Phase 2 aka Wednesday/Thursday).
I am down 2 pounds so far since I started Monday - initially went up .4 pounds and then down 2.4 pounds total, so I measure this as so far so good.
I think I will take measurements today so I have another gauge of my progress overall.
