Wow!
Staring day 6. Weighed myself and down another 1.8 pounds... since yesterday morning CRAZY!
I guess this crazy diet is working - but
- no Alcohol
- no Caffeine
- no Corn
- no Wheat
- no Soy
- no Refined Sugar
- no Dried Fruit or Fruit Juices
- no Artificial Sweeteners
- no Dairy
- no Soy
- no "fat free" diet foods
I HAVE to eat 5 times a day following Hayley's guidelines. Thank goodness for spirulina as a "vegetable" option during this phase.
It is very confusing to have 3 phases each week, with the food options changing in each phase, but apparently it is a proven plan and obviously is working for me. Thanks Mom!
I slept an incredible 10 hours last night (no caffeine/alcohol???).
I still have a bit of a dull headache, but that is a small price to pay for the results I am attaining.
On another note my breakfast makes me laugh. I didn't realize the refried beans and grapes look like a turtle going after the avocado.
Hugs to all who want them... CARPE DIEM!
ps. My gluten free sprouted mini bagel was a MISS - ate it to stay on plan, but definitely going to consult my gluten free expert.
