Nothing wrong with real parm as long as your body can handle it and you are tracking how much you eat to an extent. I know some say bad this, bad that. It sounds to me like you've cut out a lot of the processed foods and frankenfood which is awesome! Animal milk that is unpasteurized and cheeses made from it are very beneficial fats. Just like butter from grass-fed cows. Super great for you! But it sounds to me like you are doing very well. Maybe ask your bf what his favorite dishes are and try to find a way to recreate them in a healthy way. Also, I read that if you do an intense 60min workout before the big meal, it will help burn some of those extra calories :-) Happy Thanksgiving and good luck with the few extra pounds!
