and it's not bad! really not much to say but I'm just glad to have the extra accountability.

 

I'm going snow-skiing in a month so I'm starting to add leg strengthening exercises- however I must say that nothing really prepares you for skiing besides skiing :) I'm always dead sore after my first day on the mountain.

Nonetheless I have been doing squats (100 on Saturday, 80 on Sunday) and jump squats. This is in addition to cardio (weighted jump-rope and walking) and light upper-body weights.
