Plan for the day:
Beakfast: Broiled chicken with spinach
Snack 1: Kale-protein-lime smoothie & peppered turkey bacon
Lunch: Beef patty topped with fresh salsa, steamed green beans & Romaine salad with coconut vinegar & lime juice
Snack 2: Limey Wheat Grass Egg Cream (egg white, WOW frozen wheat grass shot, lime, xylitol) & peppered turkey bacon
Dinner: Tenderloin with Shiitake Mushrooms over Chard Green Guajillo "sauce". (Chard Green sauce is an experiment I will try with my Vitamix with a soaked Guajillo chili, Swiss Chard Greens a pinch of salt and I am still debating on the acid element - probably apple cider vinegar and a pinch of xylitol)
