Today I am staying motivated and organized for success. I am making my "homemade" sugar-free ketchup now for tonight's turkey meatloaf (thanks Haylie Pomroy!).
I started the day with a lime/cranberry smoothie - blitz the whole lime and a cup of frozen cranberries with a cup of water in the Vitamix. I had a bowl of Veggie Soup with poached eggs and a slice of Ezekiel bread for breakfast.
Yesterday I made the "yummylicious" crockpot balsamic tenderloin so I have an easy lunch today. http://addapinch.com/cooking/balsamic-pork-tenderloin-recipe/ I replace the soy and worchestershire sauce with Braggs Liquid Amino acids and up the garlic to 3 thinly sliced cloves and the crushed red pepper flakes to 1 generous teaspoon. This recipe was a fantastic discovery.
Anyway time to rehydrate and think about what today's exercise will be.
