I made this yesterday using lean ground turkey instead of beef and I added 1 Tbsp Bragg's Amino Acids. I ground up the oatmeal a little and "rested" the meatloaf in the fridge for a couple hours before baking. So yummy - I can't wait for dinner tonight!
I halved the recipe for the ketchup and omitted the xylitol (definitely sweet enough without it).
