Well actually it is not so bad :) I gained almost 2kg during the Christmas week, but this is what I expected. I went to visit my familly I met my friends and it is in our culture (in Lithuania) that we can not socialise without food. I just wanted to enjoy my time and do not think about the calories. 

So, lets start to continue my journey :) I participated in 4 dietbet games and lost all of them, new year her I come with my first tast to win my first dietbet. I need to lose 3,7 kg in 4 weeks. I believe I can do it!

How I will be doing it - first week I will start eating consiously, small healthy portions 4 times per day and will do 4 one hour exercise sessions. After seeing the results next week I will decide if I need to b more strict like starting counting calories or increase the exercise.
