So the first week passed very quickly, I have lost 0,7kg...but I am not happy with that at all, I was strugling a lot with food. I am so addicted to junk and sugar and fats, ech :( Also I did only 3 days of exercising, one gym class, one 1h30min hike and one 9km 3h hike.
To win the dietbet I have to lose 3kg in next 3 weeks. I have to get my focus on. I want to do this week perfect. 6 times exercising, eating consiously healthy food 4 times per day and do scrubs, wraps, massages. I still believe that I can reach my goal weight, I have to start take care of my skin right now to minimize lose skin as much as possible.
Week two get ready, here I come!
