Yesterday was a great food day, pairing it with exercise I am down another 1/2 pound! I love my 3 "healthy fat" days.
Breakfast salad with grapefruit, Costco kale salad, chicken, grated carrots cashews, sesame seeds and quinoa. The dressing was just the grapefruit's own juice with a little sesame oil - topped with crushed red pepper flakes.
Lunch stirfry with Tenderloin, Kale Salad, Cashews and a Cranberry/Lime smoothie (whole lime with 3/4 cup frozen cranberries and a cup of water.
Dinner was delicious Shrimp poached in olive oil (seasoned with garlic/guajillo chili/grape tomato/shrimp shells) over cauliflower with the tomatoes and capers.
Yesterdays snack was celery with cashew butter/coconut Manna dip (1 Tbsp Cashew Butter with 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Manna nuked for 20 seconds). Can't wait for Friday to have this again (no added fats until then).
