I totally get the gluten. When my son was diagnosed with Autism, I started him on a gluten-casein free diet. Inn just three days I saw amazing results. I've known for some time that I should be gfcf myself. The difficulty in that is how my taste buds get in the way. They have years and years of "food conditioning" to sweeteners, corn syrup, dyes, and preservative addictions. When I eat gluten my body pays for it severely. I've been tested for RA, FM, and arthritis. The joint pain is almost unbearable. When I don't eat gluten, I'm not in pain. My weight loss abd healthy eating strategy is to eat like my son, with my son. Good luck!
