I recently finished a biggest loser challenge at work and lost 12lbs. I really loved doing the weight loss thing as a team (and the chance at wining money)! But I'm still not at my goal weight and have really lacked the motivation to keep losing weight lately. So, a diet bet is exactly what I need! And I'm really looking forward to a healthlier me over the next 6 months!
