I've so been looking forward to starting a new healthier lifestyle. I even spent all day Sunday prepping healthy meals and snacks for the week! Adjusting has been difficult though. I'm craving carbs big time! I work in a restaurant so I'm constantly around bad food. Everytime I serve a big bowl of alfredo pasta to a customer, I die a little inside.
I was doing really well yesterday. Started out with a healthy breakfast but when i didnt have time to eat lunch between work and my hair appointment, I ended up splurging on a delicious Coffee Milkshake. I felt guilty but my tummy was so so happy! I confess to cheating but I am still down 3 lbs so I'm not that sorry =P
