Hello Everyone!
I'm a firm believer in starting things out right. Getting excited and motivated is key when starting any program. Motivation isn't something that magically falls out of the sky and hits you in the head - it is something you have to pursue and get excited about.
What motivates you? Is it your children? Perhaps a picture? A song? Or even that pair of jeans you want to fit back into? Maybe it's purely competition. Or winning that dietbet pot! Whatever it is, find it and don't lose sight of your goal.
I would also suggest doing something active every day. Even if it's just a walk through the neighborhood or trying a new exercise for the first time. Remember - Movement keeps us in our bodies and out of our heads.
I'm so proud of each and everyone of you for taking on this challenge. I look forward to seeing and being a part of your success! Here's to an amazing start to 2016!!!
