Thank you Jessie! I was in a really bad place & gained soooo much weight it was unreal. About 6/7 months ago I changed my lifestyle & now exercise & eat better, so far I've lost 48lbs. However my motivation is now seriously lacking as it only seems to get harder & take longer. I'm determined to get the weight off though & this is a seriously fantastic way to help kick start the year & get back on track.
