Sorry to hear you're not feeling well, Adrienne. Glad to hear of your FANTASTIC progress on the scale though! Keep up the good work!!! I began a new weight-loss program through my health insurance today called Virtual Lifestyle Management (VLM). It's a one-year program geared toward helping me to eat healthier and work out at least 2-1/2 hours per week (for people who are Diabetics or to prevent you from becoming a Diabetic). The goal is to initially help you to lose 7% of your body weight, then to help you to lose more as needed (by losing 1-2 lbs/week). You are assigned a coach, who works with you throughout your journey. After the year is up, the goal is to have helped you establish healthy habits, which you will maintain as a lifestyle. We are assigned Lessons (on the computer) each week, which we use as tools on our weight-loss journeys. I'm a little apprehensive about having to keep track of the foods (fat), which I eat because this way, I KNOW I'll have to eat right!!! My beginning weight is 156 lbs and my ULTIMATE goal weight is 134 lbs. I didn't make it this year, so I will set my sights on 2016!!! Wish me luck!
